prime also specialises in char-grilled fish, all created by the experienced hands of chef Barry Downey. prime is fully licensed, offering an extensive list of wines, whilst still offering the finest stouts, lagers, and spirits.

Parties of 2 to 120 are catered for, family and other celebrations, and private dining is available. There is a menu for children, and high chairs are available. Opening hours are from 15.30 to 21:30 [Peak Season, 21:00 Off Season], 7 days a week, but we always have bar food available, from 10:00AM.

Live Music The Marlborough Room, so named after its location at 29 Marlborough Street, is a large modern bar area, featuring paintings by well-known local artist, Lorraine Mullins. During the day, it serves as a meeting place, great for food, drinks and Java Republic coffee.
